How to choose a Christmas gift for a 5 year old
Match the gift to what they love
Start with their favorite things. A dinosaur fan, a builder and a child who loves bubbles will each light up at something different.
Check age guidance and small parts
Most of these listings don't state an age. Message us and we'll confirm what we can. Keep toys with magnets or small parts away from younger siblings.
Plan for batteries
Some toys use batteries that aren't included, and power details vary by option. Ask us first so the gift works on Christmas morning.
Think about play together
Games like the buzz wire maze are more fun with family. Flip books work best with an adult reading along.
