Orders & shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

How much is shipping?

US shipping is a $6.98 flat rate per order, and free on orders of $49 or more. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 4–12 business days, so most orders arrive within 6–15 business days of ordering. Black Friday and Christmas can take longer, so order early for holidays.

Where do you ship from?

Depending on stock, your order ships from our US warehouse or our international warehouse. If items come from both, your order may arrive in more than one package at no extra cost.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you'll get an email with your tracking number, where tracking is available. You can also email us your order number and we'll check for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge, until a tracking number has been added to your order. Once it has tracking it can't be cancelled, but you can still return it under our return policy after it arrives. Email us your order number as soon as possible.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and undamaged, in their original packaging with all accessories and tags. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Can I return opened personal-care items?

For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items such as skincare, teeth whitening products and underwear can't be returned unless they are faulty.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including postage.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

What age are your toys suitable for?

Each toy listing shows the age guidance where the manufacturer provides it. If it isn't listed, message us before ordering and we'll confirm. Adult supervision is recommended for toys with small parts, magnets, batteries or water features.
