Pound Xtend ships to addresses in the United States.

Shipping rates
- $6.98 flat rate on orders under $49
- FREE shipping on orders of $49 or more
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship from
Depending on stock levels, your order ships either from our US warehouse or from our international warehouse. If your order contains items from both, it may arrive in more than one package at no extra cost.

Handling time
Orders are handled and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email when your order ships.

Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4–12 business days. Total time from order to delivery is usually 6–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, so please order early for holidays.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or late orders
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, contact us and we will open a case with the carrier. See our Refund Policy for details.
